Shipping

Current process time is 2-5 days.

Your order will be shipped through USPS with a tracking number and you will be notified once your order has shipped. Insurance is not included in standard mail. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise after it has left our studio and accepted by USPS.

Refunds

Since we are a home-based, small company, we cannot process returns on merchandise. Please read the listing fully and feel free ask if you have any questions before purchasing an item. 

If we made a mistake on our end and the item does not meet the listing descriptions or we have sent to a wrong address, we will be happy to process a refund.

Please note: We cannot be held responsible for merchandise damaged during shipping. We package your order with care for safe arrival. If you are concerned about this, please pay the extra for insurance. Thanks!

Land of Dunlapia friends are made with high quality, durable fabrics, and cluster stuffing to make them extra snuggly. The quality of our plush friends is important to us! 

Please note that they are modern keepsakes who will be long time companions. They should be well loved and cared for. They are meant for gentle hugs and kind words and safe keeping, just like all best friends would be. Read them stories and have a cup of tea, ride with them in the car and sing doe-ray-me, but please do not throw them, hit them, or stick them in the mud. Please put them in your arms and tell them they are loved.

Most friends are made with hand-stitched embroidery, but please still be cautious with your little ones that like to chew, plus, no one likes someone else's slobber in their eyes.

Care

If your friend has too much fun and needs a bath: please spot treat and air dry. Softies can be machine washed as the fabrics are washable, but we cannot guarantee they will come out of the machine in their original form.
